Since 1993, Cafe Mediterraneo has brought North End Italian cooking to downtown Portsmouth. Chefs and co-owners Mounsif Ghninou and Adel Semmar serve handmade pastas, classic entrees, and seasonal dishes in a relaxed bistro setting steps from Market Square.
